From the common areas to the accommodations, visitors say the hotel is kept very clean and helps you feel at ease. No dust, stains or other cleanliness issues will bother you during your stay at the property.

Guests claim that the employees at the property are superb and really know how to take care of you. Not only do they work hard but they are very freindly as well.

The property is a short walk to the nearest tram station and travellers state that it is pretty easy to get around Melbourne from the hotel. You can take the tram to the city's central business district while a number of other places including the University of Melbourne and the Melbourne Central Train Station can be reached on foot.

A number of guests were unimpressed with the lack of amenities found in the accommodations of the hotel. A mini-fridge and coffee and tea making facilities are among the items you won't find in the rooms of the hotel. It was also noted that Wi-Fi and TVs are not complimentary and will require you to pay extra to access these.

Rooms are a little on the small side according to several travellers who add that having lots of luggage with you can make the space feel even more cramped.

If you want towels or need to swap out used towel for new ones, you will have to go by the front desk to request for them. Some visitors say this is an inconvenience and add that it would make more sense for the hotel to find another way to do this.
