It is a modern building with apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, fully equipped, free wifi, parking, TV, full kitchen, washer dryer and etc. Surrounded by a wide gastronomic and commercial offer with all types of connection public transportation at street, bus, tram, taxi, train and if you prefer it's just 15 minutes' walk from the beach and other points of interest offered by the city of Alicante! The apartments are ideal to come and spend a few days with family or ideal for those who come for work.
Guests really seemed to like the location of the apartments. They were described as very near the train station, so no expensive cab or confusing public transport option was needed when arriving by train. Guests also mentioned that there was a supermarket nearby and a decent section of bars and restaurants as well.
It seems that there are no permanent staff members onsite. As a result, special check-in arrangements must often be arranged. Guests reported that these usually went smoothly since a lock box is used and clear instructions to access it and obtain one’s keys was e-mailed beforehand.
