This newly renovated (2012) condo is in the perfect location. Minutes walk from the waterfront boardwalk, markets, downtown shopping, all the bars and restaurants, hospitals, universities, Grocery store, Liquor store, Library, Scotiabank Centre Arena etc...\r\nThe condo has all the amenities to make your stay relaxing and easy. \r\nWe are a 7 day minimum rental; although we will possibly accommodate less if situation arises. \r\nNote: If you are only in need of the one bedroom, we do rent this at $999/week CDN dollars. We lock one bedroom in the case of a one bedroom rental. The two bedroom rental rate is $1299 a week CDN (also the default quote when booking). The off-season rate (Jan-April) is $899 CDN for the unit. \r\nUntil confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Discount available for longer terms, please inquire
