About Botanica Homestay

Botanica Homestay is a classic villa surrounded by beautiful mature gardens, located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Miramar Peninsula in Wellington. You can sit in the gardens and enjoy the flowers and trees or drive the scenic route around the bays and arrive in Wellington City in only 10 to 15 minutes. In our Homestay you will have the entire downstairs floor for your private use, catering for up to four guests. This includes: two bedrooms with queen- and king-size beds, a conservatory, a lounge with Sky TV, a computer and DVD player, outside sitting area and a modern bathroom for your private use. In the Garden Studio you have a queen-sized bed, TV, kitchenette, private bathroom and outside eating area. Please note: There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee and tea-making facilities and so on. You have to climb steps to reach the house, and some more to reach the Studio. Free parking on the road. Free WiFi. The Miramar Peninsula is the hometown of Peter Jackson, the Weta Workshop and "The Lord of the Rings" and is surrounded by beaches and interspersed by walkways with stunning views.
