Guests who've stayed here have commented on how clean and well-presented the hotel is. Housekeeping staff work exceptionally hard to ensure that bedrooms and communal areas are spotless.

The views from the majority of bedrooms are of vast woodland and greenery. Guests found this hotel a great place for those who like to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city center.

Guests love the fitness center and swimming pool here. The pool is a relaxing oasis that also offers swimming lessons throughout the week, and the fitness center is fully equipped with modern equipment.

As the hotel is quite big, with a multitude of corridors, some guests have complained that they struggled to find their bedroom as there was limited signage and no offer from front desk staff to show them to their room. This has been fed back to hotel management, who will look into this.

Several guests have commented that the walls in between bedrooms and corridors seem to be quite thin, so there is a fair level of noise when someone walks past your bedroom or has a conversation next door. Light sleepers may wish to take this into account.

A handful of guests feel that the food served here is on the expensive side, however most guests did not mind paying this as the quality of dishes is said to be second to none.
