Guests appreciated that they could park on the property and use the laundry facilities free of charge, and the small but new fitness center and picnic tables were a neat addition.

The hotel is located right off the highway, which makes for an easy commute across town since Downtown Boston can usually be reached within 25 minutes, but guests noted that it was quiet. You will find many shops, grocery stores, restaurants and a gas station within less than four minutes of driving.

Guests noted that the entire staff was friendly and easy to work with and that it was evident that they wanted to satisfy their guests. Special requests were handled with professionalism and efficiency, and guests felt well taken care of.

Guests stated that the hallways had an unpleasant odor, which was most likely caused by other guests cooking. They also stated that some of the rooms had the same issues, which they found to have been caused by pet urine and the fact that some of the converted non-smoking rooms were inadequately refurbished and therefore still smelled of smoke.

The hotel operates like an extended-stay facility, which is why it does not offer daily housekeeping. Guests are provided with a clean room upon check-in and then the rooms are cleaned on a weekly basis, but if you want a more frequent cleaning, you may request one for a small fee. Guests noted it worth pointing out that you could still get fresh sheets and towels by exchanging them at the front desk whenever you need.
