Adjacent to the Edmonton Mall, guests have access to a diverse array of unique international shops without ever having to leave the complex. There are dozens of dining and drink options featured within the mall, movie theaters, galleries, and lively entertainment. The suites are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Guests comment that for them, it is the best choice in Edmonton.

Guests remark that the hotel has many unique features such as floor to ceiling windows overlooking the shopping mall, the rooms are all non-smoking, and family and pet friendly. The entire complex is wheelchair accessible and limited mobility rooms are available.

Described as amiable, cordial, attentive and accommodating, the service staff is outstanding. All guest requests are processed promptly and returning guests appreciate that their suite preferences and special needs are anticipated and filled.

Built in 1982, the Delta Edmonton Centre Suite is praised for it prime downtown Edmonton location, however some guests note that the property is showing evidence of age and that a renovation is required to return the luxury hotel to its original opulence.

Because of the age and configuration of the parking garage, guests remark that if you drive a pick-up truck or larger SUV, the hotel has limited on-site parking spaces for full-sized vehicles. Short-term parking is difficult to find and it a bit of a walk to other nearby parking garages.

Rusty bathroom fixtures, leaking showers, dripping faucets, and mold were noted as issues needing maintenance attention. The furniture in both the public areas and in guest suites are scuffed and worn.
