Guests were unanimous in declaring the location of this hotel fantastic, reporting that they were just minutes away from a huge number of shops and restaurants. On top of this, there is said to be an LRT light rail station very close by and business travellers appreciated its proximity to local offices.
According to guest reviews, the staff members encountered here were hospitable and accommodating where possible and those who decided to eat in appear to have been very happy with the fare on offer.
Despite the apparent simplicity, the comfort of the rooms here was thought to be great and people also spoke highly of the standard of cleanliness and the amount of space on offer in each of these.
People were often of the opinion that the hotel is in need of an update, citing some dated decor, bathroom doors that sometimes got stuck and slow or out-of-order elevators — and were not happy with the price for this reason. However, do note that some rooms seem to have been renewed and that the lift issue was being dealt with at the end of 2016.
Many of those who stayed here said that they thought the prices charged for parking were simply too high, no matter if guests opted for self-parking over valet.
