Many guests reported that Delta Ottawa City Centre has recently been renovated, and they really appreciated the improvements. The decor and amenities are all quite modern, with a bright, inviting feel, and include features like glass showers and large flat screen TV's.

Guests who were traveling on business found that this hotel had everything they needed. The rooms come equipped with desks and plenty of outlets. There's free, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and a business center with a printer. They also appreciated the fitness center and indoor pool, which allowed them to maintain their routine while traveling, and the room service, which made meals easy when work kept them busy.

Nearly everyone who stayed at this hotel reported receiving excellent customer service. The staff goes out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable, offing complimentary bottle water and room upgrades whenever they can.

Some guests were bothered by the size of the bathrooms, describing them as being just a tad more spacious than an airplane bathroom.

A few seasoned travels, having become quite accustomed to hotel's where the fitness center is open 24-hours a day, were disappointed to find that this was not the case with Delta Ottawa City Centre. Through it is opened early in the morning and kept open very late at night, a few guests found it to still be unacceptable.
