Positive Reviews

positive:

Great location

The hotel is just a short walk away from a number of sights and restaurants, and it's right next to the Danube River. It's only minutes away from the Market, metro stations, and a pier where you can hire a boat for sightseeing along the river itself.

positive:

Helpful staff

The staff is always available to help make your stay a success, whether you need to request an early check-in or late check-out, store your bags while out and about in the city, or arrange a taxi for yourself. They also have a wealth of information about the area that they're happy to share with you.

positive:

Good continental breakfast each morning

The provided breakfast includes scrambled eggs and sausage in addition to the typical cold options, and it's generally quite tasty.

Negative Reviews

negative:

Breakfast ends promptly at 10 a.m.

The staff is quite strict about putting away the breakfast buffet amenities at 10 in the morning. If you plan to partake, make sure to leave yourself enough time to finish your meal before they put everything away, as they won't bring it back once they've done so!

negative:

No dedicated parking

The hotel has no parking lot of its own - the only parking available is public street parking that must be paid in Hungarian currency. For this reason, unless you're local, it's probably a good idea to arrive by taxi instead of with a rental car.

negative:

Some of the amenities are in need of an update

The elevator is not large enough to be practical for many guests, forcing you to use the stairs if you have large bags. Some guests have complained of difficulty connecting to the Wi-Fi, or of its quality once they were able to connect.
