Excellent facilities.

The spa is superb, with lots of great way to pamper yourself. The outside jacuzzi is brilliant, as is the full body massage, the sauna and the well-equipped fitness centre.

Charlton House is set in delightful grounds and the building is beautiful as well, with a lovely conservatory and lots of places to relax. The atmosphere is really calming. You'll definitely leave the hotel feeling refreshed.

While the building and grounds are aesthetically pleasing, the actual interior could do with a revamp. Some of the furnishings and décor are looking very shabby. The wallpaper is a little dark and gloomy in places too.
