Designed by Nono Maldonado, the rooms have a modern minimalist feel to them. Housekeeping keeps them neat and clean. The art featured in the rooms was created by Carlos Pavila. Guests especially loved the comfortable beds and large shower.
Although the location of the hotel is perfect for enjoying the city, it's not perfect for getting a decent amount of sleep. Most of the streets surrounding the hotel are busy far into the night. Guests were often kept up by street noise. Another issue is noisy garbage trucks, which come around multiple times during the night..
Guests thought the air conditioner was too week. The room remained humid and musty even hours after running the A/C.
