Central Area

The hotel is in the middle of the action in 5th avenue, where all the shops and bars are located. It is also walking distance from the beach and a close walk to the ADO bus station.

Clean Rooms

Guests enjoyed having clean rooms to sleep in during their stay. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were also clean. They were happy to have a good value for their rooms. The area of the rooms is also found to be spacious.

Nice Pool

Guests enjoyed having the pool to use during their stay. It was an opportunity to relax after a long day at the beach and take in some more fresh air. Guests were happy with the pool and common areas.

Lacking Amenities

Guests were disappointed that the hotel was lacking in amenities such as a lift to take their luggage to their rooms, no lighting and dark and dingy looking areas. Guests felt the photos they saw on the Internet were from years back as the hotel is aged.

Noisy Area

The hotel was not able to block the noise coming from other guests and from outside. The noise of the loud music going on all night was too much for guests. Closing windows does not help and they asked to change rooms.

Guests did not feel that the staff was trained adequately to deal with their clients. Guests were charged more and were never credited for these extra charges. Guests also found the staff rude and indifferent to their requests.
