Fabulous rooms

The rooms at this hotel have been recently renovated and provide comfort and convenience in equal measure. You can relax on the sofa while watching TV or sit at the desk and get some work done using the free internet access.

Truly great staff

Many hotels have nice staff, but guests at this hotel claim that the employees at the front desk stand head and shoulders above the rest. They provide excellent service throughout your stay, and all the while are friendly and pleasant.

Lovely breakfast and Gallery menu

The complimentary breakfast is very well prepared and presented and is a great way to start the day. The hotel also provides a 24-hour menu for meals that can be eaten in your room. This is a great bonus as there aren't many restaurants nearby.

Housekeeping issues

This hotel is nicely decorated, but the housekeeping staff seem to be letting the side down somewhat by not carrying out their duties as they should. Some guests complained of rooms that weren't cleaned properly and of dirty bathrooms.

Elevator noise in the rooms

Make sure that your room is well away from the elevators as some guests have noted that these rooms are quite noisy. You can hear the elevator going up and down and the people coming in and out of it. Not great if you are sleeping in late.
