This property is conveniently located right next to the casino. It is in a quiet area, but there are a selection of eateries nearby and the staff are happy to point you in the right direction of where is best to visit. There is also an events centre which is used for concerts and conferences etc. There is a car park on-site and the cost of this is usually included in the room rate.

The rooms are spacious and amenities include a television, coffeemaker, fridge and extra seating. This results in a comfortable place to stay whether it’s just for the one night or something longer term.

Check-in staff are friendly and efficient and check-in is completed quickly. Housekeeping generally do a good job of keeping the rooms clean and the food in the restaurant is of a high standard.

There have been numerous complaints of beds not being changed between guests and this being very obvious as soon as you pull back the sheets.

The hotel have signs advising patrons to be quiet after a certain time however this is not always adhered to. Guests have complained about being woken by people being noisy in the corridors after a late night drinking and the walls are paper thin.

For some the idea of not having to check-out at reception may be ideal but guests have not gelled with the concept here. Your bill is pushed under your door in the early hours of the morning and if you’re a light sleeper this may wake you up. Guests have been disgruntled to find their card has been charged without being given the opportunity to provide feedback on their stay.
