Best Western Plus Manhattan Beach Hotel (Manhattan Beach, USA)

The Hawthorne Suites by Wyndham Manhattan Beach is conveniently situated a short drive from LAX Airport which provides guests with a stress-free journey to the airport. The hotel is also a very short distance from Manhattan Beach itself; the seafront is within a mile of the hotel and is a short walk away. Guests can also enjoy the numerous cafes, bars, restaurant and shops that populate the area and can explore these before returning to the relaxing enclave of the hotel with relative ease.

The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, endeavouring to provide excellent customer service; they are happy to help with any requests or queries guests may have and will happily supply information about the Manhattan Beach area.

Guests were very impressed with the on-site facilities, in particular, the parking facilities which could accommodate a large number of vehicles and gave the impression of safety for guests to have peace of mind. The on-site parking is also free to use as are the on-site fitness facilities which are well-equipped and modern. Guests also found the lobby area and rooms to be well-maintained. Overall, the facilities were near unanimously considered to be a positive aspect of staying at this hotel.

Many guests were disappointed by the lack of a swimming pool but other guests did not find this to be a problem.

The breakfast provided was found by a number of guests to be unsatisfactory as they felt that the food options were bland. However, a large number of guests felt that the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of choice.

Guests found that the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable and they also had trouble connecting to it.
