Some rooms near the back of the hotel will be affected by the noise coming from the freeway nearby. Unfortunately this isn't something the hotel can be blamed for, but light sleepers should request rooms towards the front, where the noise is almost completely drowned out.

The cleaning staff are known to do their duty and then move on with their day, and unfortunately they don't like to be interrupted. The front desk is very friendly, and is able to organize the cleaning staff around guest schedules.
