Ark Suite Hotel (Alanya, Turkey)

Can't compliment the facilities too highly. The pools and slides are really tip-top. Treat yourself and don't miss out on the Hammam black soap treatment. Blissful relaxation! The lift is tiny; but you can't have everything- and at least there is one! Food is surprisingly impressive with breakfast including yummy pancakes and omelettes cooked to order. If self-catering, you can get bread, milk and other essentials from the shop just outside.  Other than that, they offer a huge choice of hot and cold dishes. Watch that fridge in your room though; once you leave it to its own devices, it cuts out! One thing's for sure - you won't starve here!

They are so friendly and ever so helpful. There can, of course, be queries about the allocated accommodation but staff move heaven and earth to sort things out. The staff members are particularly in tune with the needs of kids. Daytime members of staff, in particular, are tip-top. ‘Some' night staff, though, would benefit from a customer service course; but that's a minor criticism.

Verging on the ‘luxurious' description; apartments are spacious, clean and well maintained. The shower is equally spacious and the water pressure is spectacular and to die for!
