The staff is among the best most guests encountered in their many travels. They had a nice welcome and all of their queries were clearly answered at the front desk. The manager is very nice, and does everything to keep the guests satisfied. Moreover, guests' hearts were warmed by the manager checking on them personally.
Wedding receptions, birthday parties, meetings, and other special events have been held in this property. The staff is flexible, and sticks to the schedule. They arranged the venues the way the guests wanted, making the events more special.
Three Rivers & Spa's indoor pool is spotlessly clean. There are no molds and very slippery areas. The area is not crowded all the time, so guests had enjoyed some quality time with their loved ones. In addition, the pool has a heating system that functioned all the time.
According to guests, some of the toilet seats are not in place and move each time you sat on them. There were also leaking pipes that made the bathroom floors wet. However, this was solved by the staff providing extra mats. Technicians were also sent to the rooms as soon as possible.
There was no hot water most of the time complained by some guests. Using the tap water was fine, but not highly satisfactory. Moreover, the pressure of the showers is weak sometimes.
The sauna had broken lights, making the place a bit gloomy. There were also times when the temperature was not hot enough, making the guests think that they wasted their time.
