Every year the area of Hyde Park Corner in London’s Hyde Park is transformed into a Winter Wonderland. The event lasts from end of November throughout the whole festive season until the beginning of January. During this time you can visit London’s largest outdoor ice rink (admission fee applies, reservation is recommended), take a ride in the 60 m high giant ferris wheel with its glass floors, enjoy fun fair rides like roller coasters, wave swingers, carousels, cups and saucer, reindeer express and more. For refreshments you can visit the German style Christmas Market, the Bavarian Village or Cafe Grell which all offer continental style food.The Christmas Market of course also offers stalls and chalets for shopping, here you can find hand crafted wooden toys, glass, Christmas decoration and more. Of course you can also pay a visit to Santa and meet his elves. The entrance to the event is free, tickets for the rides are sold within the park. Opening hours: Daily from 10 am to 10 pm
