The inn is located in a timber framed 16th century building that was once used as a clearing house for the resident wool merchants. Next to the restaurant it sports two bar areas, a lounge with open fire place and a beer garden. Traditional English pub food is served throughout the day, a separate lunch time menu, a Sunday menu and a selection of Vegetarian dishes are available.
