This museum’s exhibits are all to do with transport through the ages and over sea, land and air. There are a number of cars, some of them made in Scotland, but also public transport such as steam trains and old Glasgow trams. One of the collections include 250 model ships, many of which represent boats that were built in Glasgow, on the river Clyde. The museum is open daily from 10 am to 5 pm, except Fridays and Thursday when the opening hours are 11 am to 5 pm. Entry to the museum is free and it is wheelchair accessible.
