Many noted that they were a short distance from the heart of the city and only minutes away from the train station. Others also found that this hotel is ideally situated for Zurich's main bus terminal.
The recent room renovation here hasn't gone unnoticed, with many visitors commenting on the stylish surrounds. Finally, the beds here received high marks for overall comfort, with many remarking on the luxurious feel of the linen.

Despite its central location, those with heavy luggage felt that the journey from the train station to the hotel was too far. Paradoxically, some laden guests also discovered that, for taxi drivers, this short hop was too close for a lift. At the time of writing, there are reports of guests having been denied a ride between the two points.
Some felt that this hotel was missing key amenities. First and foremost, many commented that the lack of free in-room Wi-Fi was odd. Visitors also noted that this property lacks an airport pick-up service.
