The rooms are simply furnished, spacious and well presented. Both rooms and bathrooms are kept clean. The Wi-Fi service is fast and reliable. The outdoor pool and surrounding gardens are maintained well and offer a quiet place to relax. The beds are also comfortable and the general area is quite which affords a good nights' sleep.
The complementary buffet breakfast is plentiful and offers a range of hot and cold items, including eggs, bacon, breads, cereals, yogurt, juices and tea and coffee.
The guest rooms are furnished with decor and furniture which are old and outdated. The cupboards are scuffed and show signs of wear. The carpets are also old, stained and worn. Chairs are similarly stained and worn. Wi-Fi is offered however the connection is poor and some guests were unable to connect at at all.
A range of cleanliness issues were reported. The carpets in the hallways as well as the guest rooms are stained and smelly. Surfaces are dusty, bed linen aren't always changed between guests, and the bathroom drains are clogged with hair.
