You will find that staff throughout the hotel are very nice and friendly. They are efficient and professional, giving great customer service. They are very happy to help with anything guests need, offering local advice for places to visit, interesting things to do and good restaurants to try.
Guests like the facilities offered up on the roof of the hotel. If you are feeling energetic you have a workout in the gym or you can simply enjoy the views of the city while having a drink from the Sky bar, take a cooling dip in the pool or sunbathe on the terrace.
Guests enjoy their breakfast at the hotel saying that there is a good selection available on the buffet which includes fresh fruit and even gluten-free options.
The toilet door and walls are made of frosted glass and so are not well closed off from the bedroom itself. Some guests were not keen on the lack of privacy that this afforded, particularly those travelling with friends rather than a partner.
A number of guests have reported that the air conditioning does not always work as expected, resulting in having to request help from the hotel staff. In a hot city like Barcelona, this is obviously far from ideal.
As noted above, the Sky bar on the roof is reported by guests to be a great place to unwind and relax. However, lots of guests have made a point of saying that service at this bar can be painfully slow. If prompt service matters to you, this is something to bear in mind.
