The rooms located at the back of the hotel are by the bar, so loud music played until early hours is heard clearly and is disturbing. Swimming cannot be done in the nights as the pool closes at eight.

The parking area is taken up by non guests in the evening as they arrive to eat at the restaurant and bar.

Front desk staff is unfriendly and customer service is bad.
