Guests like the free shuttle service which runs hourly into the centre of Queenstown. They say it makes life easy as you do not have to have a car, or if you do it is convenient not to have to drive and park it in town.

Guests say that the food in the restaurant is delicious and beautifully presented. The staff provide an excellent service and are very knowledgeable, recommending wines which really complement the food. The view from the restaurant out across the lake as you dine is stunning.

Staff are very friendly and make you feel really welcome, creating a relaxed atmosphere. They are attentive to guests needs and happy to assist any way that they can. The concierge will efficiently take the hassle out of any reservations, tour bookings, and hire cars.

Guests whose rooms were at the rear of the property, nearest to the road, said that traffic was quite noisy. Some also noted that there was also a lack of privacy as people looked in as they drove by or came in to park.

There are mixed reports about the Wi-Fi at this hotel, perhaps depending how far your room is from the router. Some guests say that it works very well, but others say that it is slow or that the signal drops out.

Some guests are disappointed to find that there is an unfinished part of the complex, and so rather than enjoying natural views they are looking out over a building site. While guests do not mention any disturbance from it, the appearance is not attractive.
