The staff members here are very friendly and helpful, ready to do whatever is necessary to help the guests enjoy their vacation. The cleaning staff is also very efficient. The rooms are cleaned and towels changed every day.

A couple who booked a double room was disappointed to find no double bed, only two single beds pushed together, which was extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient. Some guests were upset when they found no safe in the room. When they enquired, a safe was delivered, but not attached to the room, just put in a cupboard, which made them feel very insecure.
Some of the guests felt very inconvenienced by the fact that there is only one socket for charging mobiles and laptops in the room, which is inconvenient especially with so many gadgets that need to be charged.
Some of the guests have expressed disappointment that the service staff is rather slow at times. Waiting for another coffee seems to take forever and if something is requested for the room, like, for example, a baby's cot, it can take hours of waiting before the item arrives.
