The Opium's staff is friendly and very helpful felt most guests. They speak very good English and are very helpful with local information and guidance. They also help guests find local transport, a taxi or to hire bikes to get around the area.
While the location is good, there are no views to speak of from the rooms said guests. The pool is not very inviting since it doesn't get any sun, said guests.
Guests thought that breakfast could have been better and pointed out that it consisted only of the basics and offered no continental options. Some people thought that the beds and the pillows were too hard for a good night's rest.
