The hotel's food has been much liked by the guests. Breakfast as well as dinner meals have been delicious in variety as well as taste. There is a wide assortment of dishes in the breakfast menu many of which have been called exceptional by the guests.
The staff of Norfolk Mead Coltishall is very warm and welcoming towards guests. They always wear a smile and the service is as good as it gets in terms of speed and efficiency. All personal needs are well taken care of by the lovely staff.
Many guests have really pleasant memory of their accommodations all of which are very individualistic in taste. Suites in particular are hugely popular with the guests with its beautiful views and the spacious layout.
There have been some small issues raised by the guests like faulty lighting in the room. Some guests have also mentioned the loud music in the restaurant during day hours which can be a nuisance. Such issues are rare and dealt with by the staff.
