The foods served in the restaurant are awesome. The Thai Curry, in particular, is a favourite among most guests. Not only that, each food is also cooked from local ingredients. Moreover, the service in the restaurant is great, complementing the already great dining experience.

The Millrace Hotel Leisure Club & Spa's fitness centre is complete with all the necessary equipment for guests to have a full body exercise. You can choose to use the modern machines or lift weights. In addition, the equipment are well-maintained so you can be sure that you'd have a safe workout session.
Some guests complained that they were able to easily hear what the guests from the neighboring rooms are talking about, as the walls are thin. Thus, when your neighbors are too noisy, you might not be able to sleep properly.
Few guests have encountered issues with the water heating system. It would be great to have a hot shower after a tiring day, but you might find that there's no available hot water in the shower. The staffs, though, are quick to move you to another room once you complain about this.
The rooms are usually kept clean throughout your stay. However, there have been repeated cases of having weird odour in the rooms upon checking-in. Some guests also pointed out that some of the walls are already permanently stained and are in need of repainting.
