Guests were very appreciative of the good work the housekeeping staff did. Rooms were presented clean and tidy for guests’ arrival making them feel welcomed on entry.

Food Standard Dropped.

While many guests enjoyed the food on offer in the bistro and in the buffet, unfortunately some guests did not enjoy their meals, or dishes were not served hot. Some of these guests were past guests and believed the standard had dropped.
