Plenty to do in the resort and nearby
The beach and the pools are great fun especially for kids at this resort. You certainly won’t feel bored and while the kids play you can relax in the hot tub or just sit under the waterfall to cool off. The local area also has plenty of shops and cafés just a few steps away.

Pleasant staff
Not all resorts have such friendly staff that seem to go out of their way to say hi to you. They always seem to be smiling too and have no trouble helping out with issues if they arise. Some guests were pleased to receive refunds for Wi-Fi access that didn’t work.

You don’t really get anything included in your room rate at this hotel where you must pay for both parking and internet access. Some guests aren’t pleased that the paid Wi-Fi is so expensive and doesn’t always work properly.

Going downhill fast
According to some guests this place used to be an amazing hotel but in recent years, the owners haven’t done much to help keep it up to date. The furniture needs to be replaced, and the public areas need a lot of renovation work.

This resort is in a busy area where you’ll find a lot of people on the beach. It’s not too bad for some but if you want a relaxing trip then probably best to choose another hotel on a quieter part of the beach.
