About The Happy Hostel (Kenting)

The Happy Hostel opened in April of 2013. We've accommodated guests from many different countries including, USA, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Belgium, Hong Kong and China. Our apartment was remodeled in June 2016. We have two bedrooms available; our single room offers, Wi-Fi, a shared bathroom, air conditioning, access to a balcony and a twin bed. It is not only cozy but also affordable. We're located in downtown Chaozhou (潮州) five minutes south-east of the train station. There are many attractions within driving distance, some close enough to walk to. The Chaozhou night market (潮州夜市) is a two-minute walk from our hostel. Dong Gang’s (東港) Dapeng Bay (大鵬灣) is 25 minutes away by car. Xiaoliu Qiu island (小琉球) is also very near it’s just a ferry ride from Donggang harbor. Kenting National Park (墾丁國家公園) can be reached easily by car. It’s an hour and twenty minutes away.
