They couldn't be better, always efficient with a simple check-in at reception, helpful extras, spot-on wait staff and well-trained, pleasant hospitality all around.
Rooms are spotless and well-equipped with lovely extra touches like high quality bottled water and toiletries. Some of the bathrooms have large, oval-shaped baths in them for stellar soaking.
The car park may need more eye-catching signage as well as a bit more space - or fewer cars in it. Its a tight squeeze for some.
The front-facing rooms are sure to experience night noise if windows are left open after bedtime. The outside road is busy with travel and pubs that stay open late.
A bit dated throughout, you'll feel dazzled by the stunning furnishings and decor in the reception area and quickly fade out after that. The lack of air conditioning in most rooms is hard to endure in warm months. Rooms get extremely warm; bring a fan. N
