There were very few negative comments about the cleanliness of the rooms and its general state. Moreover, some of the guests compared the double room to be as qualified as a suite of those four-star hotels! Thus, you can expect a clean, spacious, and comfortable accommodation in this hotel.
Many guests experienced having difficulties entering the property as the main door was locked when they arrived. They had to ask people around where the entrance is and had to go in from the service/back door.
Part of the hotel especially the restaurant, can be booked for birthday parties, wedding receptions and similar events. This caused quite a trouble for guests staying in the rooms, as they were bothered by the noise coming from the guests of the event.
Some of the issues or complaints of guests with the bathrooms are as follows: old-fashioned electric showers, cracked and leaking shower heads, no adequate spray, average toiletries, and thin towels. These are all just minor concerns, though.
