The hotel has several dining facilities which the guests found very convenient as they were able to choose from a wide range of options. Quite a few guests objected to the limited amount of room in their en-suites while others also mentioned that they couldn't move around comfortably in the bathrooms due to the tight space.
There is no elevator on the premises and guests who were on the higher floors said that they found the daily climb to their accommodation quite cumbersome and tiring.
The hotel overlooks a rather busy road and those on the lower floors said that they could hear traffic as well as late-night revellers. Others mentioned that due to thin walls they were disturbed by noise from adjoining suites.
