SunBreeze Hotel (San Pedro, Belize)

The suites are generously-sized, comfortable, clean, and very well-maintained. Reviewers stated that the beds are excellent and that the rooms are kept to a very high standard when compared to other establishments in Belize.

Many guests loved the hotel’s location just across the street from the airport and a stone’s throw from swimming beaches and San Pedro attractions. The excellent views over the Caribbean Sea were also appreciated, and the area was said to be quiet even with the airport nearby.

Visitors gave high praise to the well-kept hotel grounds, nice pool area, and excellent restaurant and bar. Travelers who were interested in scuba diving also stated that the hotel’s dive shop and scuba staff are very good.

Guests reported that this hotel is considerably more expensive than others in San Pedro, even when compared to those with a similar oceanfront location.

Although overlooking the Caribbean Sea, the hotel is a short walk away from any proper swimming beaches. Visitors stated that the nearest swimming beach is on another property, and that the beach in front of the hotel is not good for swimming due to sea grass.
