Suha Jbr Hotel Apartments (Dubai, United Arab Emirates)

The best thing about the Suha Hotel Apartments for most guests is it’s location. A short walk to Jumeirah Beach and the Dubai Marina and close to all transportation links, the hotel is in the perfect spot for exploring Dubai. Guests also enjoyed the shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

With it’s spacious rooms, well equipped kitchens, swimming pool and easy access to the beach, the Suha is an ideal place for famlilies traveling with children. Since Dubai can be an expensive place to eat, guests enjoyed the convenience and cost savings of shopping at the nearby supermarket and cooking meals in the apartment.

Guests described the hotel’s service as amazing. From calling for a taxi, to providing a missing kitchen item or resolving a Wi-Fi issue, staff members were always attentive, friendly and eager to help. All you have to do is ask!

Some guests at the Suha thought the apartments were ok, but best suited to the budget traveller. Weak Wi-Fi signals, the lack of a gym or fitness centre and slightly shabby rooms reflect the hotel’s low prices compared to other Dubai hotels. In other words, you get what you pay for.

Guests described the furnishings in the Suha Apartments as stained and overdue for replacement. They noted towels that did not appear to have been laundered properly, lack of utensils in the kitchens and plumbing problems in the bathrooms. Some guests complained about the level of housekeeping service, others that non smoking rooms smelled of cigarette smoke.

Guests thought the pool was too small, not deep enough and that it was overrun by noisy, splashing kids who apparently had no adult supervision. Some felt that it closed too early, others said there were no poolside lounge chairs. And if noisy kids in the pool weren’t bad enough, a few guests complained about noisy neighbours and music that went on until the wee hours.
