The Victorian home is set in a landscaped park with deer and sheep roaming free and is on the banks of the River Avon, about 5.5 miles, or 9km, south of Warwick and about 4 miles, or 6km east of the hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon.

The hotel is not walking distance to the theatre or town centre for everyone’s ability so some guests were disappointed they had to drive. However, plenty of other guests said they happily walked the approximately 25 minutes into town.
