The hotel is a popular destination for travellers who are flying into or out of Kansai Airport and these passengers commented that the hotel is only a short ten minute drive from departures via a free shuttle operated by the hotel.

Guests found the breakfast offered by the hotel to be very boring. Guests said that the selection was bland and limited. Guests recommended guests skip breakfast as it was expensive for what was provided.

Guests speculated that the hotel had not undergone a refurbishment since its original opening, as they found the decor to be dated and not contemporary. Guests said that replacing the tired and dated furniture would make for a more pleasant experience.
