Stadium Hotel (Miami, USA)

Many guests enjoyed the fact the hotel is located within walking distance from a major sports stadium in the Miami area. Major football fans and overall sports enthusiasts are frequent returnees to the hotel and it is the closest to the stadium. Many guests return to the hotel given the ideal location to the stadium.

There's a reason why this hotel has many guests who have stayed here multiple times: they are treated with a friendly customer service. Guests feel at home here and had a positive attitude even during times when an immediate solution needed to be found. Staff members are mentioned by name and for instance, the housekeeping lady is remembered with positive comments for her friendly disposition.

Some guests truly enjoyed the nice views from their rooms where they could see either expansive city views or a racehorse track. Guests could directly see the horses from their rooms and listen to the music from the stadium. The basketball court and mini-golf course are nice additions to sports enthusiasts.

The breakfast for guests was not described as filling but rather very limited and laughable. The breakfast room gets crowded with guests, as is described, fighting over for a couple of items. That is how limited and undesirable the breakfast is at the hotel.

The rooms emanated a strange smell for some guests whose first impression when they opened the door was not a good one. Hallways are described as smelling of urine. The moldy smells from the rooms would lessen when the a/c was turned on.

Some thought the hotels location to be a negative at times because it is directly next to a major highway and there's a racetrack behind the hotel. The stadium noise is also heard and there were times when other guests seem to have a frat party in the hotel during late night hours.
