Located in the Spreewald region of Germany which is half way between Berlin and Dresden is the four star Thermen Hotel. Spreewald has been designated a biosphere reserve by UNESCO and the area offers guests the chance to try lots of outdoor activities such as hiking and boating on the waterways that traverse the region. Guest accommodation at the hotel is made up of 83 en-suite guest rooms. Adjacent to the hotel are the spa and wellness areas which have a salt water pool and a garden sauna area with steam baths and saunas. The Wellness Gallery is where guests can have treatments such as body wraps and massages. The hotel gym is equipped with both cardio and muscular strengthening equipment and they also offer a selection of fitness classes. The spa also has its own restaurant which offers fresh healthy food using local ingredients and suppliers.
