The provided lodging is spacious and well appointed. Guests liked the fact that their bedroom had an extra air-conditioning unit, making it easy to set it to a comfortable sleeping temperature. Some rooms have sea views, and having a balcony let's you enjoy the wonderful view. Many guests also loved the kitchenette, as it made them less dependant on always going out.
Customer service has been a great experience for many guests. They loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk personnel. Guests felt they went beyond what was expected to make their stay memorable.
Some guests did not like the provided pool, which they felt was small and shallow. You can however enjoy one of the best beaches right across the street, with sun loungers provided by the hotel.
Guests on the lower floors who had rooms towards the street encountered noise from traffic at times. You can always request a room higher up, or pack some earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.
If you come with a car, the parking is actually at the Rockley Beach car park, not at the hotel itself. Some guests felt that they should be provided some private parking lot by the hotel. However, there have not been any reports of anything happening to the cars while parked there.
