Brilliant, friendly and helpful. Staff are a highlight of any stay at this hotel.

Seafront location.

You can’t get any better than this at a seaside hotel - with the beach directly across the road. The town centre is an easy walk away although the hotel itself has busy bar and restaurant facilities that are popular with the general public as well as resident guests.

Clean and comfortable.

Rooms are very pleasant. Not over lavish but sufficiently well furnished and decorated to put you at your ease. They are cleaned every day by those brilliant staff and have all the facilities that you would reasonably expect to find.

Parking.

Find a space here and you feel as if you’ve won the lottery! OK, it’s free so maybe shouldn’t complain. Spaces are barely in to double figures, though! Maybe best to keep completely quiet about parking spaces ... + use them as raffle prizes!

Poor soundproofing.

A common complaint but well in evidence here. Dividing walls between the rooms are very thin so if, neighbours make any noise at all, you are bound to hear it.

Light sleepers will be unhappy at being ‘Nick’d’.

The adjacent Nick’s Bar is a popular eating and watering hole. It gets busier as the night progresses, with noise reaching crescendo proportions.
