The people at the front desk are very accommodating and have been known to help out with early check-ins and room changes when possible. They are also very knowledgeable about the local area and love to chat with guests.
The noise in the rooms at this hotel is not from the traffic outside, but the other guests. You can hear people moving about in their rooms or walking down the hallways which isn't ideal especially for light sleepers.
