The 4 star hotel Sixty Two is situated in the heart of Barcelona, 2 km away from the beach, 1/2 km away from the underground station, 3 km from the convention center and 1 km from the main train station Sants. This hotel was first opened in the 19th century. It is surrounded by a Japanese garden. It has 45 guestrooms, some of them are handicapped accessible. Guestrooms include an espresso coffee machine, internet connection (not free of charge, only at the business center), a DVD player and an iPod docking station. The hotel offers car rental, a beauty massage when requested. Its bar called Honesty Bar invites the guests to let the evening finish in a smooth way. During the day it changes into a cafeteria where breakfast and small snacks can be taken. Breakfast consists amongst others of Catalan cheese and sparkling wine. On Fridays a free wine tasting is conducted between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. There are no parking places available and house pets are not allowed. Children up to two years are free when spending the night in their parents' bed. There is room for an extra bed though.
