At Laorenza Residences and Dormitory we have a fantastic fully serviced 2 bedroom private & clean apartment to rent in a secure building 1.5km from the centre of Kalibo. This apartment is ideal for singles, couples and groups in transit to Boracay and families or relatives on vacation. The apartment is 45sqm so can accomodate groups of up to 8 guests. Apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms, main bedroom has a double bed whihc sleeos two guests, and second bedroom has a bunk bed and also sleeps with two guest. The apartment has a separate lounge (which can accomodate additional guests), dining area and private bathroom with hot shower and is fully furnished with Air Conditioning in each of the bedrooms, fans, TV with cable channels, fridge and kettle for tea and coffee and free Wi-Fi. Large Communal areas are provided and there is also a native styled Nipa hut in the bgarden to relax in. We have a BBQ outside for guests who feel like enjoying the evenings outside with a cool drink. Guest have access to all communal areas as well as an on premises mini mart as well as a small café that provides room service as well as serving breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks. Laundry service is also available at a small charge. Building is in a quiet side street and is decorated in a contemporary native style. We have free private parking for guest. We are 800 metres for Kalibo's main bus terminal for travel to Boracay or further travel around Aklan. The apartment is close to the following: 5 minutes tricycle ride to local bars and restaurants. 10 minute ride will take you to the main Mall. 800 metres from the main Kalibo bus station for onward travel to Boracay or any other part of Aklan.
