The apartments Silvija are three-star apartments and are welcoming guests since 2014 The total of two apartment units are located on the first floor of a family house and are for 2 to 4 persons. All apartments have one main entrance into the building and separate entrances to their living areas. The bright and modern arranged studio apartment of 27m² is suitable up to two persons. Situated on the first floor it has of one sleeping-living-dining area with integrated, fully equipped kitchenette and a separated small bathroom with shower. There are two sleeping places on a double bed (160 x 200) with separate mattresses available. A small south-oriented balcony with seating accommodation is completing the lovely holiday home. The bright and cosy 2+2 Apartment is located on the first floor in a size of 45m² which provides space for up to four adult persons. Also, little guests are very welcome and so it can be provided upon wish an extra cot and highchair. The roomy holiday flat has an open living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen corner at disposal. In the separate bedroom two people can be accommodated on a cosy double bed (160 x 200) with two mattresses. Two more comfortable sleeping places are provided in the living room on a pull-out sofa bed (160 x 200). A spacious, modern equipped shower room and a small furnished south-oriented balcony with a wonderful view on the river flowing into the Sea are inviting you to enjoy. At your arrival you will find fresh towels and bed linen. To all guests are provided free Wi-Fi internet connection as well as air condition (heating/cooling). The apartments are non-smoking flats. They are also suitable for allergic persons and unfortunately therefore pets cannot be brought along. For refreshing your laundry there is a washing machine and dryer in the common basement available. The distance of the apartments from the medieval city walls of Dubrovnik old town, depending on the traffic situation, is 20-minute drive only. If you don´t want to go to the lively city by car, the public bus takes you directly to the gates of the historic old town. The bus station is only in a few meters distance from our house and the bus runs at regular intervals of 15 minutes until the early hours of the morning. In the meanwhile, your car can remain at our private cost-free parking place in front of the house. To be more precise, the Apartments Silvija are located in the bay of Rijeka Dubrovačka (the river of Dubrovnik), in the suburb Rožat. Beside the old Franciscan Monastery there is also the spring of the shortest river in Europe - the Ombla – and from your balcony you have the wonderful view on its estuary in the Adriatic Sea.
