About Apartment Central

The brand new Boardinghouse in Pfaffendorfer Straße 4-10 is located between main station and famous Zoo Leipzig. With its 115 apartments it is the biggest of our boardinghouses in the city center. It is furnished with authentic wooden furniture where each piece is unique with its special style. With its specially furnished lobby the house gains on character and is the center for all guests from Apartment Central. Unique and very individual are two so called wellness elevators. All apartments are highly equipped; the beds have separate luxury mattresses with 45cm depth. All rooms have climate control, the kitchens are completely furnished, the bigger rooms have dishwasher. Breakfast is not served. There are two so called “Wellness Elevators” in the house. We offer three handicapped accessible apartments. Parking places on-site for a surcharge.
